A strong and efficient machine for grinding, scraping, smoothing, sanding, and polishing concrete.  Ideal for grinding or preparing concrete for leveling compounds, as well as for the removal of glues, epoxies, paint, backings, dirt, and build-up of most products.  The 390 Surface Prep Machine by Sinclair utilizes a wide variety of attachments to tackle most of your concrete prep needs.  Grinding and sanding disc attachments are also available.  Vacuum Attachment shown on machine in picture not included, but is available as an optional attachment.  Disc not included with this concrete grinder.
