What is Installertools.com?
Installertools.com is your source for on line ordering when it comes to flooring tools and supplies. Owned and operated by Installer Tools in Madison, WI, we have over 15 years of experience with these products.

How much am I saving?
At Installertools.com, we ship your products direct from the factory and some of the country’s largest vendors right to you. We also ship from 15 warehouses throughout the Midwest.  By centralizing ourselves we can ship your orders to you in a timely fashion.  This also allows us to avoid warehousing charges and high freight rates, which allows us to pass the significant savings along to you.  Periodically, we offer sale prices on our merchandise, providing you with even greater discounts. These sale prices reflect markdowns from our regular prices on select items for a limited-time.

How Can I Pay For My Selections?
Installertools.com accepts Visa and MasterCard, and Paypal. You can also order over the telephone, and send us a check or money order.

How safe is it to pay by credit card at Installertools.com?
It's perfectly safe. When you enter your payment information into your computer and click the 'submit' button, your computer scrambles (encrypts) the information before it sends the data. Only our server has the key to unscramble (decrypt) it. Once the payment is in our hands, it gets re-encrypted and goes through secure channels to our credit-card processing network. In most cases (unless you call us with a question), human eyes never even see your card number. In fact, our process is a lot safer than reading your card number aloud over the telephone. Can I get a printed receipt?
Yes. Simply print your confirmation e-mail for your records.

Do you share my private data with anyone else?
No. We know that you value your privacy. That's why we'll never peddle your private data to anyone. We don't sell, trade, lease, give, share, or provide any of your personal data with anyone else.

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed at point of sale.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
The Installertools.com server and order-processing center is located in Wisconsin and must collect a 5.5% sales tax from customers residing in Wisconsin. If you live in another state, it is up to you to comply with applicable sales taxes in your state

Do I have to pay for shipping?
We have minimal shipping charges.  Our shipping charge is 8.00 per order no matter the size of the order.  Sometimes we will offer free shipping.  Watch for our no shipping specials.   This is still very inexpensive, and with our low prices you will still be saving.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping is 8.00 per order for any size order.

How long will it take to receive the Items I order?
Your order ships via UPS Ground, Federal Express Ground, Speedee or Common Carrier (larger items) and usually takes 2-6 business days to arrive once it ships, depending on your order's destination. Most of our products are shipped out of our distribution centers within 24 hours after receiving your order. If any portion of your order is back ordered, you will be notified via email immediately.

Do you honor manufacturer's warranties?
Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing their specific terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. We encourage you to complete the warranty form and to send it to the manufacturer.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is to offer our customers superior products and services at exceptional values. If, however, the merchandise we deliver does not meet your needs, you may request a refund or replacement.
To return a product, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please read our Return Policies to make sure that your merchandise qualifies.
