To return a product, you will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please read our Return Policies to make sure that your merchandise qualifies. If your product qualifies call our customer service department at (800) 377-6552, we will be pleased to help you.

Return Policies

  • Most merchandise qualifies for a refund within ten (10) business days of receipt.
  • Customers will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on undamaged, non-defective returned merchandise.
  • If an item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, Installertools.com will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.   • All undamaged, non-defective return products must be in their original box and in new condition to qualify for a refund. Any accompanying manuals and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from Installertools.com's Customer Service Department within the appropriate time frame to receive a timely replacement or refund. To obtain an RA#, email support@installertools.com or dial our customer service department at (800) 377-6552. Please return the merchandise within 10 business days after we issue the RA#.
  • Customers may cancel their order up until the product is shipped.
  • We cannot accept returns on Tile RediTM Shower Pans, Benches, Flash Kits, or Drains.
  • By placing an order, Installertools.com customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

Warranties
Each product is packaged with the manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing their specific terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. We encourage you to complete the warranty form and to send it to the manufacturer.
